Dr. Wang is the Chairman of Beijing Aikang Investment Holding Group, a private conglomerate with multiple lines of businesses focusing on medical investment, management and real estate development. The Group’s total assets exceed RMB2 billion and employees reach 2,000. The Group currently owns and manages more than 20 hospitals in China.
In his early career, Dr. Wang founded his own architecture design firm in Beijing and has successfully developed Huangsheng Homes, a residential real estate project with more than 400,000 sqm of development.
Dr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southeast University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Tsinghua University, and a Doctorate of Hospital Management from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
He is currently the vice chairman of Beijing Love & Health Group and is responsible for supervision work of the Group and its Awards Committee. He is a member of the Chinese Communist Party, an economist, and a national certified property manager. He studied economic management in the Central Party School and has a bachelor's degree. He was the director, deputy general manager of Daye Special Steel, and vice president of Daye Steel Group. He has also been appointed as the manager of the Purchasing Department, finance director, and HR director of Love & Health Group.
He is currently the executive vice president of Beijing Love & Health Group and is responsible for the plans, assessment, inspection, coordination and other work of all agencies and departments of the Group, as well as the management of operation, human resources, administration, infrastructure, and investment. He graduated from the Medical Department (bachelor), Tongji Medical University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (MBA). As a deputy chief physician, he worked in the Medical Affairs Section of Huangshi Health Bureau (deputy director) and Huangshi No. 5 Hospital (business dean). After his resignation from the public agency in 2005, he was appointed as the operation director, marketing director and operation director of the Surgical Department of Huangshi Love & Health Hospital. In 2012, he was transferred to the Group and was appointed as the operation director, operation vice president and executive vice president of the Group. With in-depth study and practice regarding the hospital's business management, operation management, marketing management, hospital services, etc., he has published a number of papers in Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration and Chinese Hospital Management.
Shi Yun, MD and deputy chief physician, graduated from the Department of Medicine (Pediatrics Dr.), Peking University. She worked as a pediatrician in Beijing People's Hospital. In 2006, she joined Love & Health and was appointed as the vice president of the Group, responsible for the Group's medical-related industry management. She has in-depth study and practice regarding the hospital's business management, operation management, marketing management, hospital services, etc.
He is currently the investment vice president and managing director of Beijing Love & Health Group and is in charge of the daily management of all investment departments of the Group. After his entry into the Love & Health Group in 2012, he was responsible for acquisition and asset restructuring. Due to his working experience in China Integrity Group and his participation in a number of major asset restructuring and listing projects at home and abroad, such as the listing of the Three Gorges Group as a whole and the IPO of Befar Group, he has extensive operating experience in corporate investment and financing. After he later joined Beijing Mid-term Futures Co., Ltd., he was appointed as the board secretary and the general manager of the Strategic Development Planning Department, responsible for the affairs of the shareholder meeting and the Board of Directors, as well as the company's development planning and investment of funds.
Lei Ming, technology economics and management PhD and MBA, is currently the investment vice president of Beijing Love & Health Group. In addition to his working experience in a leading enterprise in the chain industry as an executive for many years and his familiarity with the operational management of inter-regional cross-cutting group companies, he is specializing in performance-oriented performance management and has rich experience in the strategy development, strategy implementation, cultural penetration, etc.
After her entry into Beijing Love & Health Group in 2000, she was appointed as the manager of the Operation Department, assistant to the president office and the chairman, and supply director. She is currently the vice president of Love & Health Group, director of project cost, and general manager of Beijing Antaipu Company. She is responsible for the Group's infrastructures and procurement and has a wealth of experience in contract management and supply chain management.
